Eliot Reid

President & CEO

Eliot Reid joined the Foundation as Chief Operating Officer in October 2010, with responsibility for oversight of day-to-day business functions, including acquisition, development, project finance and property operations.  During his term as Chief Operating Officer, the Foundation doubled the size of its housing portfolio and successfully preserved more than 1,000 units of government-assisted rental housing.  This growth led to Eliot’s appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2012.

Todd Travis

Chief Financial Officer

Todd joined the Foundation in November 2011as the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the daily operation of the Foundation’s accounting, financial, and IT functions.  In this role, he actively contributes to the formulation, implementation, and administration of all the Foundation’s financial and administrative policies and procedures.

Noah Nordheimer

Senior Vice President

Noah Nordheimer is the Foundation’s Senior Vice President, coming on board in 2007 after holding the position of Director of Transwestern Commercial Services Institutional Multifamily Group.  In his current role with the Foundation, Noah manages a team of developers in identifying opportunities for acquisition, managing due diligence, maintaining the properties during warehouse period, and then leading the tax-credit redevelopment.

Janet S. Charlton

Executive Vice President

Janet S. Charlton serves as Executive Vice President of the Foundation and has been a strong advocate, committed to devising and implementing creative and practical solutions to preserve, improve and augment the nation’s stock of affordable housing.   Janet has been involved in the multifamily housing industry since 1978 specializing in public policy, asset management and finance, with emphasis in the last twenty years on the acquisition, disposition and redevelopment of affordable assisted multifamily housing properties.
